• Resume or related documents uploaded by you, which may include personal/work history, contact details, education, etc.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Usage and behavioral data (e.g. page views, clicks, session duration), collected through Google Analytics via cookies and similar tracking technologies, to help us measure conversions and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver our AI-based resume grading service.
• To track conversions and analyze user interactions via Google Analytics.
• To communicate with you (e.g. sending results or service updates) via the email you provide.
• To improve our Service (e.g. feature upgrades or bug fixes).

3. Data Sharing & Third‑Party Processing

• We do not share your resume or personal email with any third parties, except the AI provider (OpenAI), under controlled conditions.
• For AI processing, we send resume content to OpenAI with data‑usage settings configured so that OpenAI does not train on your data and does not retain it for model training. OpenAI retains data for a maximum of 30 days for abuse and safety monitoring, after which it is deleted unless legally required to retain it.
• Google Analytics processes data in accordance with its privacy policy; we do not share behavioral data with other analytics providers.
• We will disclose personal data only if required by law (e.g. subpoena) or to protect legal rights.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain email addresses and uploaded resumes only as long as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal or business obligations.
• Upon request—via email or form—you may request deletion of your email or resume data from our systems. We will comply promptly and notify you when completed.

5. Security Measures

• We implement reasonable safeguards, including encryption, secure access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your data.
• Despite our efforts, no system is completely secure; in case of a breach, we will notify you and any governing authority as required by law.

• You may opt out of analytics tracking by declining cookies in your browser or using available opt‑out features, such as the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add-on.
